This mailing list adds a helpful dimension of correspondence to keep the ideas we are working with consistent, in the sense, of course, of a “paper trail.”</div><div><br></div><div>I find that what is most significant to propose as a “next step” would be the creation of some kind of document which asserts a few core tenets of our praxis. While we are not in the business of generating ideological prescriptions, it is important, I think, to carefully make a declaration of our position. To me, this includes the necessity of self-authorization and some justification for the cut—this “cut” is precisely where we take on the structural responsibility of the analytic discourse, and, therefore, a vulnerable or amorphous place we have to define for legality’s sake.</div><div><br></div><div>In any case, let us aim for some kind of maximum attendance with the promise of communicating what we arrive at to those who cannot make this session or another. I cannot meet this week since I will be just getting back from Europe and lagging. It will take me a moment<br>
also to contact all those interested at PLACE to see what times they are available. I would predict by<br>
next week or the week afterward that I could establish a date for the Zoom meeting. Wednesday nights <br>
so far seem to work as a first estimate, but again I need to contact others before confirming.<br>
<br>
In order to take into consideration the change of times between Europe and the US, would around<br>
6:00pm or 7pm PST work? And would Wed or Tuesdays work as a proposal ( I cannot work on Fridays<br>
Thursdays, Saturdays, or Sundays).<br>
