Pour mieux se situer, sachez que les pommes de terre cuites au four ont un IG de 95 et que le riz blanc est \u00e0 70.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;IG est important car plus il est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus la glyc\u00e9mie dans le sang va monter puis chuter, ce qui cause des fringales dues au manque de sucre soudain.
