Ce qui est \u00e9tonnant dans ce r\u00e9gime, c\u2019est que les mati\u00e8res grasses sont ici la principale source d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Principes_du_regime_cetogene\"><\/span>Principes du r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Alors que de nombreux r\u00e9gimes condamnent les lipides, le r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne lui promeut ces derniers. A contrario, ce r\u00e9gime demande une r\u00e9duction importante des glucides et donc du sucre en mettant l\u2019accent sur la consommation de lipides. Une consommation plut\u00f4t importante, puisque dans ce r\u00e9gime, les lipides doivent repr\u00e9senter 70% \u00e0 90% de l\u2019apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique total (ainsi que 15 \u00e0 20% de prot\u00e9ines). Le principe du r\u00e9gime est de condamner le sucre pour que notre corps puisse puiser dans les bonnes graisses (les lipides) pour fonctionner correctement.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_aliments_a_consommer_et_a_exclure\"><\/span>Les aliments \u00e0 consommer et \u00e0 exclure<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le \u201cgras\u201d est donc de rigueur, il est parti int\u00e9grante de ce r\u00e9gime. Les aliments riches reviennent sur le devant, comme par exemple les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, le beurre, les \u0153ufs, les fruits de mer, les poissons (thon, saumon, truite\u2026), la volaille (poulet, canard, dinde), la viande (b\u0153uf, agneau, porc\u2026), les amandes, les noisettes, du yaourt, des laitages\u2026 Les fruits et l\u00e9gumes peu sucr\u00e9s sont aussi autoris\u00e9s comme les fraises, les framboises, les avocats, les haricots verts, les tomates\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Les aliments riches en glucides sont eux \u00e0 diminuer consid\u00e9rablement, la proportion doit \u00eatre de moins de 50 grammes par jour. Il faut donc proscrire les aliments \u00e0 base de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les pommes de terre, les bonbons, les sodas&#8230; Il faut aussi dire adieu aux fruits trop riches, par exemple, une banane fournit presque toute la proportion autoris\u00e9e par jour, il vaut donc mieux \u00e9viter d\u2019en consommer, du moins pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_regime_permet-il_de_perdre_du_poids\"><\/span>Ce r\u00e9gime permet-il de perdre du poids ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Bien \u00e9videmment, la question reste de savoir si ce r\u00e9gime permet ou non de perdre du poids car c\u2019est l\u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de tous les r\u00e9gimes. La r\u00e9ponse est oui, si le r\u00e9gime est respect\u00e9 \u00e0 la lettre, l\u2019individu qui suit le r\u00e9gime a de grandes chances de perdre du poids. Les premiers mois sont d\u2019ailleurs les plus motivants car les kilos s\u2019envolent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement facilement. Le fait de r\u00e9duire drastiquement le sucre et de puiser dans les bonnes graisses a un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Cependant, comme le rappellent de nombreux sp\u00e9cialistes, le risque avec ce type de r\u00e9gime, c\u2019est de reprendre du poids par la suite. En effet, apr\u00e8s la stabilisation, l\u2019effet \u201cyo-yo\u201d est souvent constat\u00e9.
